Louis "Monkey" Gonzalez

Vice President of Logistical Operations
Louis Gonzalez came to ProEM from New Jersey in 1995.  He began as a parking attendant and security guard before being promoted to Associate Supervisor in 1999.  As ProEM expanded its’ scope of services, Gonzalez was charged with the task of coordinating the operations side of the business, and all of the day-to-day activities that are included.

In addition to being an on-site Supervisor at events, Gonzalez is responsible for ProEM’s Fence division, the 3rd largest in Arizona.  Currently ProEM employs an operations crew of 12, including two dedicated supervisors.  The scheduling of these associates and the 400-plus monthly work orders that they process is overseen and dispatched by Mr. Gonzalez.

Currently the company’s assets and inventory total in the millions of dollars.  The management of the maintenance, efficient tracking systems of this equipment, and the men who operate it is an enormous responsibility.  Mr. Gonzalez’s diligence and organization allow this facet of our company to make life simpler for all of our business partners and gives special meaning to our slogan “Everything, 100%, Everytime.”
