As ProEM continues to expand, we rely more and more on our Associates to help us maintain the image and quality of service that has afforded us our success. Some of our Associates are especially vital to this process, and serve as Supervisors and Lead Associates.

Supervisors and Lead Associates have a greater responsibility to us and to the client, and have distinguished themselves by continuously applying our Client First™ principles to their work, and by leading by example. Most of these individuals have been with us for over three years, and are very familiar with all of our events.  Supervisors and Leads are cross-trained to be proficient in each service we offer. It would be impossible for our company and upper management team to function without the support of these individuals.
