Brady Castro

Vice President of Corporate Operations
Brady Castro started working part-time with ProEM in 1998 while testing with Phoenix-area Police departments.  In 1999, as ProEM began to grow, he was offered a full-time position with the company working as a day/overnight Security Guard, parking attendant, valet, and as a member of the Operations Team.  During this period of corporate growth, Castro accepted the position of Director of Security, and began working on outside sales in addition to developing the Security-service side of ProEM.

Originally from a small town in Illinois, Castro came to Arizona in 1998 to be a police officer after completing course work in Administration of Justice at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.  While at SIU, he worked concert and venue security at the SIU Arena as well as local clubs and restaurants.  This experience led him to ProEM and his beginnings in the event industry.

As ProEM expanded over the last 6 years, Brady has taken on various roles in securing and developing new clients, working different positions during the initial stages of the Gorilla Companies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of ProEM.  Being associated with ProEM and the Gorilla Companies since their inception and being able to contribute to the respective successes of each venture has provided him invaluable experience and opportunities that will last a lifetime.

In 2004 Castro was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Operations, further expanding his role with ProEM as it grows into the one of the largest Event Management companies in America.
