We have an experienced team of event management staff who are well versed in large event operations and have hands-on experience with sports venues, high profile athletes and VIPs, and crowd management.

Each event is assigned an event manager who is tasked with understanding the scope of the event, deploying the appropriate personnel and equipment, ensuring the timeliness of deliverables and managing the event from set-up to removal. The event manager’s team consists of a site manager, scheduling manager, two event coordinators, a personnel supervisor, and all trained personnel to ensure full field support and coverage. PRO EM teams typically do not rotate to ensure continuity of service and a smooth flow of operation, except new faces for training purposes of new associates.
