Day/Overnight Security

ProEM provides Security for events and venues all over the Phoenix-Metro area. Each guard is required to attend a mandatory 8-hour training course to become licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. All applicants must be professional courteous, well manicured and dependable.

Security positions vary from event to event, but generally include one or more of the following: credential checking, ID verification, gate security, stage security, mobile response team, site security, & alcohol control.

Guest Service: Ushers/Greeters/Ticket Staff

We provide ushers, ticket takers, and ticket sellers for theaters and special events. Also, we are always looking for hosts & hostesses to work Corporate Hospitality functions at some of our larger events.

If you enjoy public interaction, are courteous and dependable, then we would love to meet you. Prior theater or Box Office experience is not necessary, but welcome.

Parking Staff

Event parking has been, and always will be, one of the most challenging aspects of what we do. It is the best way for new Associates to get started with ProEM and advance in the company by learning from the bottom-up.

ProEM provides traffic direction and parking staff for some of the largest events in the state. All of our Associates are trained to adapt to a variety of situations, so if you are flexible, eager to learn, professional, and looking for a challenge, call us today.

Valets

ProEM specializes in event related valet service. All valets MUST be at least 18 years of age proof of a clean driving record, and must be able to operate a manual transmission. Valets pool tips, and in some cases are eligible for additional hourly compensation.

ProEM valets must be professional and courteous at all times. Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary.
