Your Wedding: Make it Look Luxurious Without Breaking the Bank

Tuesday, April 27th, 2010

There are many ways to save money when planning your wedding and comparing your vision for the perfect day with your actual, never-quite-enough budget.  More than ever, brides are handling the details without professional type help–pulling double duty by making centerpieces or floral arrangements, dealing with venue mangement for where to hang their guests’ coats and putting their own personal spin on wedding traditions to make them a little more affordable.

PRO EM is a partner in planning, with a large inventory of quality rental items and many years of experience.  Our wedding customers are the do-it-herselfer bride, the seasoned wedding veteran planner and everyone in between.  Tradition states you should book your rental equipment 8-10 months prior to the ceremony, such as tents, tables and chairs, and a good service company will help you make necessary modifications all the way up to the big day.

No matter what your itinerary, always have a rain plan.  Fridays are busy with phone calls from frantic brides who did not anticipate the inclimate weekend weather.  Booking everything early will ensure availability and help you avoid last-minute orders with higher delivery charges.  PRO EM wedding professionals will be happy to help you plan the perfect day that won’t break your bank.

Dine with Your Dog – Woof, Wine and Dine!

Tuesday, March 30th, 2010

The third annual Dine with Your Dog event was held last Saturday and PRO EM was there to help with the tables, chairs, linens, generators and staging.  The event was held in the backyard of a private residence in Central Phoenix and guests–both human and canine–enjoyed gourmet treats, a fabulous dinner and a doggie couture fashion show.

Dine with Your Dog was created to raise awareness and funds for the Animal-Assisted Therapy program of Phoenix Children’s Hospital.  Thirty dogs and their owners comprise an amazing team of caregivers that provide much-appreciated theraputic attention and love to critically ill children.

Guests are encouraged to bring their well-behaved pooches, pose for portraits with their pets and get all “stage mom” by entering their dog in the “Best Dressed Dog” contest.  Competition was fierce, yet friendly, and everyone who attended and contributed was a winner.

Next Time… RENT the Dishes!

Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010

How many times have you invited guests over and worried about how many dinner plates you have?  First-timer and Infrequent Hosts sometimes don’t realize how easy it is to rent china and flatware when organizing a celebration at their home. Rental companies are stocked with elegant china, and can offer a wide range of large serving dishes, coffee service and warming equipment.

PRO EM offers tenting, power, restrooms, dance floor and everything you need to expand your home inventory for the next family party or wedding, including plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins.

The best part about renting dishes from PRO EM? Knocking the food off and putting the dish back in the crate — no washing required.
