Celebrating a Decade of Excellence

PRO EM Party Concepts provided the structure and staging for the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health Gala, Friday April 9 at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

More than 400 patrons enjoyed jazz, a silent auction and dinner in the 25 meter structure that was set up in the beautiful courtyard of Drachman Hall. All proceeds from ticket sales, raffle and auction will fund scholarships for public health students.

Dine with Your Dog – Woof, Wine and Dine!

The third annual Dine with Your Dog event was held last Saturday and PRO EM was there to help with the tables, chairs, linens, generators and staging. The event was held in the backyard of a private residence in Central Phoenix and guests–both human and canine–enjoyed gourmet treats, a fabulous dinner and a doggie couture fashion show.

Dine with Your Dog was created to raise awareness and funds for the Animal-Assisted Therapy program of Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Thirty dogs and their owners comprise an amazing team of caregivers that provide much-appreciated theraputic attention and love to critically ill children.

Guests are encouraged to bring their well-behaved pooches, pose for portraits with their pets and get all “stage mom” by entering their dog in the “Best Dressed Dog” contest. Competition was fierce, yet friendly, and everyone who attended and contributed was a winner.

Si Se Puede Gala – Save the Date

The Cesar E. Chavez Foundation is hosting the Ninth Annual Celebration of Cesar E. Chavez Day, the Si Se Puede Gala, April 1 at the Arizona Biltmore. The event is the single most important fundraiser for helping thousands of families and students through affordable housing and educational programs.

PRO EM is an Innovation Sponsor of the Si Se Puede Gala and will provide tenting, equipment rentals, resources and site management. Punch out Parkinson’s Disease – Celebrity Fight Night

PRO EM is a proud sponsor of the 16th Annual Celebrity Fight Night, this Saturday, March 20 at the JW Desert Ridge Marriott Resort in Phoenix. The Fight Night team is busy setting up tents, staging, seating, lighting and other equipment for this auspicious event.

Recognized as one of the nation’s premiere charity events, Celebrity Fight Night is a star-studded evening held in honor of a very special featured guest, Muhammad Ali. Celebrities and professional athletes from all over the country participate in an action-packed evening that includes a Live Auction, musical performances and memorable entertainment.

Celebrity Fight Night has changed countless lives and raised nearly $60 million for numerous charities, including the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at Barrow Neurological Institute.
