Biltmore Structure

Arizona Biltmore tent structure

Oftentimes, when a tent is required where previously there was none, we at PRO EM find ourselves with fixed obstructions that have to be dealt with.  Do we have enough room for the tent here?  Are there any obstacles, such as trees, in the way?

Recently we installed a tent structure at the Arizona Biltmore hotel and had a few large trees in the way.  The solution?  Build the tent around the trees, don’t cut them down!!

That tree is going to look great surrounded by a fabric liner, twinkle lights and wedding guests.

Proud sponsor of the Coors Light Birds Nest…

Saturday, February 27th, 2010

PRO EM is proud to sponsor the 2010 Coors Light Birds Nest, the entertainment venue of the Waste Mangement Phoenix Open and all-around good time in Scottsdale.

At the end of a long day of sun and golf, hundreds flock to the large tent to the northeast of the TPC grounds for live entertainment, food and beverages, and to be seen.  One highlight of the Birds Nest is Roonie G, two-time Club World Award winner for best video DJ, who has dazzled audiences this past week with his creative blends of audio and video content.

The final night of the Birds Nest is happening now with Kelley James, OAR and our new favorite DJ, Roonie G.  There’s still time: http://wastemanagementphoenixopen.com/2010/02/2010-coors-light-birds-nest-entertainment-now-set/
